Tropical Coconuts Peanut Butter Cakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp PB Crave Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 2 round Caramel Corn Flavored Rice Cakes
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh or canned Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Tbsp Sweetened Coconut Flakes, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread 2 Tbsp of PB Crave Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter on top of a Rice Cake. Top with pineapple chunks and banana slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
