Low Carb Peanut Butter Pecan Bars
These low carb, high fat Peanut Butter Pecan Bars are healthy, really easy to make, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! And better yet, require no cooking or kitchen skills!

- 1/2 cup PB Crave Choco Choco Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 cups Pecans, chopped
- Measure out your pecans into 4 equal size dishes, tupperware works well. ½ cup of pecans per container is ideal.
- Combine peanut butter and oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Add in vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the melted mixture over each container with pecans. Put in refrigerator until set.
