Peanut Butter and Butternut Squash Puree

1h 7 1/4 cup servings Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 Butternut Squash
- 1/4 cup PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Honey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the butternut squash lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds and stringy flesh. Place the halves cut side up on a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Scoop out the flesh and puree in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and honey and combine well. Serve hot.
