Our story started with Austin Riess and his dad, Curt, never really liking peanut butter. Both knew how healthy of a snack it was, they decided to mix up a concoction of unique flavors. Instead of sweetening the peanut butter with cane sugar, they used real liquid honey from beekeepers. They were able to create a better nut butter, which is simply delicious.
After they started the company and got it running, both Austin and his dad knew they wanted to partner with their peanut butter supplier Hampton Farms. Knowing they both had the same values, providing premium healthier kinds of nut butters, and a family-focused business; They joined up together to bring you one of the best products out in the peanut butter market!
Today, we are still the only nut butter company capable of mixing in real ingredients like real liquid honey, and real chocolate chips.
Our competitors are using peanut butter sweetened with cane sugar. Plus, they use a honey-flavored powder that goes in with the sugar. The end product? Loads of sugar.

SQF is a Food Safety Management Certification, created and managed by SQF Institute, used to control food safety risks. Once your food safety management system is implemented, it is audited and certified by a third-party certification body.
The Food Safety Certification requirements provide a rigorous system to manage food safety risks and provide safe products for use by companies in the food industry.
It is a GFSI recognized food safety certification -level 3 being their hardest level to achieve. There are very few peanut butter companies with this level of food safety and accreditation.
